What You Will Be Doing

• Leading Dynamic Workshops: Craft and deliver engaging workshops that leave students saying, "Wow, I didn't know I could do that!" From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll teach skills that inspire action.
• Daily Motivation Sessions: Kick off each day by empowering students to set ambitious goals and the mindset to achieve them.
• Fostering Student Success: Utilize proven strategies to ensure every student achieves their academic and personal aspirations.
• Designing Custom Motivational Tactics: Collaborate with students to create incentives that drive self-motivated excellence.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
