Your Role: As a General Manager at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining safety standards, and upholding our commitment to quality. Leading and developing your team, you'll drive sales growth and enhance our catering services while achieving operational targets and adhering to brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage brand experience, focusing on hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Lead by example, delivering unparalleled service and embodying "Tropitude" to every customer.
• Drive in-store sales through effective promotion of sales and menu items.
• Analyze operational reports to support budget goals and make informed decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet guest demand.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Identify and develop team members for leadership roles.
• Engage with the community to drive sales and make a positive impact.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager in Quick Service Restaurant.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Salary: Base pay up to $42,000.00 (salary dependent on experience) plus bonus.
