McGraw Ford is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Whether you're helping our technicians keep repair orders moving or assisting retail and wholesale customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering the world-class service experience we're known for.

What You'll Do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
• Accurately identify and source Ford OEM parts
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and service advisors
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranties
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day

What We're Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a major plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
