Requirements

We’re looking for a hands-on, full-stack engineer who’s excited to build across web, mobile, cloud, and GenAI to help us deliver high-impact, real-world solutions. This is ideal for someone who loves building, learning, and taking ownership of features in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: •  Build and ship full-stack features (React, Node, Python, etc.)•  Develop and maintain Web(Wordpress ) and mobile apps for iOS and Android (React Native or native experience)•  Integrate with platforms like GoHighLevel , Zapier, CRM tools, and third-party APIs •  Embed GenAI capabilities using OpenAI, LangChain , and AI agent frameworks •  Deploy and scale services using AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.)•  Collaborate closely with the core team to iterate quickly on product and tech

What We’re Looking For: •  Strong foundation in web and mobile development •  Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application design •  Experience building and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs •  Interest or experience in GenAI technologies •  Ability to work independently, figure things out, and deliver quality code •  Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area

Nice to have skills: •  Interest in the healthtech, wellness, or beauty industry •  Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools like GoHighLevel •  Experience with vector databases or AI workflows •  Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD Spearhead Technology USA Ideal candidate: Full-Stack Software Engineer – Tech for

1. Full-Stack Development Skills •   Frontend : Proficiency in React (for both web and potentially React Native apps). •   Backend : Solid experience with Node.js and Python , with an understanding of API design (REST & GraphQL). •   Mobile : React Native experience preferred; bonus if they’ve built production iOS/Android apps. •   Web CMS : Basic familiarity with WordPress to support some frontend marketing or landing pages. 2. Cloud & DevOps Proficiency •   AWS Native : Proven experience using services like Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS . •  Ability to deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure in the cloud. •  Experience with CI/CD pipelines , or at least familiarity with DevOps workflows. 3. GenAI & Automation Interest •  Hands-on with OpenAI APIs , LangChain , or similar frameworks. •  Exposure to Zapier , GoHighLevel , or CRM tools is a huge plus. •  Experience with AI agents , vector databases , or interest in automating workflows. 4. Startup Mindset •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment. •   Takes ownership of projects and features. •  Able to operate with little supervision , prioritize well, and learn on the fly. •  Enjoys contributing to both product thinking and technical execution. 5. Location & Domain Relevance •   Local to DFW – for occasional in-person collaboration or hybrid work. •  Bonus if they have interest in health tech , med spas , or consumer wellness verticals.
