Manufacturing Assembler

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to join our growing team in Plano, TX. This hands-on role involves assembling electronic components with precision and care. Ideal candidates will have experience in mechanical or electronic assembly and enjoy working in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders and technical diagrams
• Connect lead wires to printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and apply adhesives to secure parts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing assembly
• Proficient in using hand tools and electromechanical equipment
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics
• Experience with back-end assembly processes is a plus

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled electronic manufacturing facility
• Team of 30–40 production staff
• Safety-focused and collaborative workplace

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
