Quickbooks Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (3-Week Contract)
Location: Onsite 5x a week – Dallas, TX
Compensation: $21.00/hr
Contract Duration : 3 weeks long only
Position Overview
On behalf of our client, a law firm based in Dallas, TX, we are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Specialist to support their accounting operations during a short-term 3 week project. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting financial data into QuickBooks and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a full-time, onsite assignment lasting approximately three weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain financial data in QuickBooks for a law firm client
Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and up to date
Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of QuickBooks experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
