Full-Time, In-Office

Our growth is driven off of referrals from customers, centers of influence, and having great people to serve them.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Manage all aspects of customer requests from start to finish, handling any policy changes, billing updates, cancellations or reinstatements
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Navigate various technology, CRM tools and websites to research information and communicate with clients
• Support the C1 Insurance team in a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality at all times

WHO ARE YOU ?

• 1-5 years of customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine desire to help others, and comfortable with making phone calls or sending emails as needed
• Comfortable with desk-based work, including data entry, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
• Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Takes initiative, communicates openly, and takes ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Compensation is $55,000 per year.
