Automation Personnel Services Inc. is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a leading logistics warehouse in Baytown, TX. This position is ideal for dependable, safety-focused candidates with experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Pay $17.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and stage materials.
• Load and unload materials, products, and shipments as needed.
• Pull, prepare, and stage orders accurately for production, shipping, or storage.
• Use warehouse equipment and follow facility procedures to maintain organized inventory.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and production deadlines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous reach truck, forklift, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when moving, staging, and organizing materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety focused.
