Position Overview:

As an Assembly Operator , you will play a key role in assembling high-quality wooden cable reels used around the world. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, product durability, and overall operational success.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
• Operate hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision.
• Weigh, label, and tag finished products accurately.
• Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection.
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (includes 30-minute lunch)
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays and overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, labor-intensive environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
