Senior Associate Attorney needed for growing office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage class action litigation matters from intake to resolution
- Develop and implement case strategy without day-to-day supervision
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and key filings
- Handle depositions, mediations, and participate in trial preparation
- Coordinate with co-counsel and manage support teams when needed
- Stay current on relevant legal developments in privacy and consumer law
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5–8 years of experience in complex litigation and/or class action matters
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
- Trial preparation and mediation experience preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
