$500.00 Sign On Bonus - paid out in 3 installments.Day shift Monday - Friday.

\tWork as a team with other Painters to preserve interior and exterior upkeep of the campus
\tPerform residential painting/wallcovering as scheduled
\tMaintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas (painting and wallcovering)
\tRestore painted areas in vacated residents/offices to new-like conditions
\tPerform dry wall repairs as needed
\tAssist Maintenance Techs with inclement weather protection and repair (de-ice parking lots, etc.)
\tMaintain record keeping of completed work and preventative maintenance files
\tEnsure resident/patient, visitor, and co-worker safety by remaining aware of and
reporting any new or existing safety hazards
\tMaintain good attendance record
\tOther duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
\tHigh School graduate or GED equivalent
\tDemonstrate 3-5 years of painting experience
\tBasic technical knowledge to apply paint and stain to bring a new look and weather protection to surfaces of homes, buildings and other structures
\tKnowledge of work safety factors
\tAbility to work without direct supervision, organize and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks (even with interruptions from staff and residents)
\tAbility to read, write and effectively communicate in English
