Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in analyzing and improving business processes while coordinating with key stakeholders to implement measurable solutions .

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Research and analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop comprehensive implementation plans for new or enhanced processes, including resource needs, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute recommended actions and measure their effectiveness.

• Serve as a subject matter expert by gaining deep knowledge of business strategies, processes, policies, and data flows.

• Prepare and execute test scenarios, maintain documentation, and ensure thorough validation of new features or processes.

• Present demos and updates to business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis.

• Proven ability to analyze existing business processes and create detailed implementation plans for process improvements.

• Strong experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert within the business domain.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
