Fullstack Developer - Gen AI

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable, and robust systems for new and existing projects. <\/span>

• Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality, identify risks, and uphold engineering best practices. <\/span>

• Apply advanced technical expertise to refine architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system performance. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and cross -functional stakeholders to align development efforts with business and operational goals. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Identify potential design or implementation risks and propose mitigation strategies. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Take ownership of complex tasks with minimal supervision and clearly communicate technical decisions to the team. <\/span>

• Document technical designs and solutions in a clear, accessible manner. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Research and integrate emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Present technical solutions in business -friendly terms and provide concise updates on status, risks, and progress. <\/span>

  Qualifications
  <\/span><\/span><\/h3>

  • 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (AI/ML production environment preferred). <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, vector databases, RAG solutions, and open -source AI frameworks. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in Python for model training, NLP, GenAI workflows, and building end -to -end AI frameworks. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience training, evaluating, and tuning machine learning models. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Hands -on experience with LLM libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, GPT, and Transformers. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Background in software engineering with system design/architecture experience preferred. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency with <\/span><\/span> Django, React, and PostgreSQL <\/span><\/span><\/b> ; DevOps experience is a plus. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a history of delivering high -quality solutions. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast -paced environment with shifting priorities. <\/span>
