This is a full-cycle sales opportunity where you’ll take ownership of the entire customer experience — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with residential and commercial property owners, helping them improve and maintain their properties through high-quality pavement and exterior service solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and connect with residential and commercial property owners within assigned territories

• Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions and networking

• Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and recommend service solutions

• Educate customers on pavement striping, sealcoating, and property improvement services

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and follow-up

• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Parking lot striping

• Sealcoating and asphalt maintenance

• ADA-compliant pavement solutions
