Front Desk Administrative Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (12:00pm to 05:00pm )

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant with experience to provide administrative and front desk support in a professional legal office environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, conducting client intakes, assisting with office tasks, maintaining organization, stocking supplies, and supporting attorneys and staff as needed. Strong communication, customer service.

Front Desk Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• • Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• • Proficient with basic computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office
• • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced office environment
