Job Description

As a Receiving Clerk , you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that all incoming products are processed and stored accurately and efficiently. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to keep the warehouse operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in shipping and receiving, this role offers a chance to contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and storage of products, ensuring documentation and distribution accuracy.
• Verify shipments against orders and maintain records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to assist in unloading and organizing products.
• Work with accounting and invoicing departments for accurate inventory management.
• Handle returns and damaged goods, documenting and resolving discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in safety and workflow efficiency.

Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling numbers and managing large volumes of inventory.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, or working in front of a computer.
