As a rapidly growing RegTech company, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our talented technology team.

We are seeking a Backend Developer with extensive experience in .NET 8 development, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL databases . As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance server-side applications that power our platform. You will play a key role in enhancing our AI-powered platform and building robust, scalable backend solutions to support our compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using .NET 8.
• Optimize and manage backend database systems, including MSSQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality backend services.
• Implement backend software best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to improve performance, scalability, and functionality.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on backend development techniques and best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes to improve the scalability and reliability of our backend infrastructure.
• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and frameworks, providing recommendations to improve development processes and architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET (experience with .NET 8 is a must).
• Strong experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and database administration.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of backend development best practices, software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their backend database services.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and experience with full-stack development is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their integration into backend enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools.
