Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive functions, acting as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
 - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
 - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking follow-up actions
 - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
 - Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
 - Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses to urgent requests
 - Support executives in managing and tracking department budgets
 - Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
 - Maintain accurate records and case files in both physical and digital formats
 - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as required
 - Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and supporting front desk operations as needed
 - Contribute to a clean and efficient office environment, including performing light cleaning and restocking duties
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
 - Previous experience in an office administrative or executive assistant role preferred
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
 - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 - High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
 - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
 - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to office operations, including light cleaning tasks
 - Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
 - Reliable attendance during business hours
 - Ability to travel infrequently if required
