CNC Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• CNC OperatorSet up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints and specifications.
• Load raw materials, monitor machine operation, and make basic adjustments or offsets as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet tolerances.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and basic G-code instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance such as tool changes, cleaning, and lubrication.

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Basic understanding of G-code, machine offsets, and machining processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
