Groundskeeper/Traffic Controller
Nature’s Way Resources is an organic Compost/Mulch facility with a supporting nursery. We use the static pile method of composting when processing our products. When customers are dropping off feed stocks it is essential that we look for trash and separate the feedstocks appropriately. Due to our continual growth this is now a full time position.
Description
In this position you will have three primary responsibilities; removing or preventing trash from entering our compost and mulch piles, directing traffic so our feedstocks are disposed of in the proper location, and communicating with the office and operations when issues arise.
Requirements
· Must be able to pick up trash from the facility
· Empty trash cans daily with loader operator
· Directing traffic
· Help unload plants from the nursery
· Ensure plastic, metal, pallets, tires, etc does not enter our piles
· Must be able to pull weeds, mulch gardens, and perform other basic landscaping practices
· Must help with other activities when needed
· Spanish preferred but not required
Job Type: Full Time 7:30-5:00 Mon – Sat
Pay $13.00 per hour
