IT Administrative Assistant
- Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for IT cost and expense allocation and billing.
- Manage IT department records and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars for IT leadership.
- Procurement & Inventory
- Track IT assets (hardware, software licenses).
- Assist with purchasing equipment and managing vendor relationships.
- Project Assistance
- Support IT project managers with documentation and timelines.
- Update project tracking tools (e.g., Redmine, Jira, ServiceNow...).
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments.
- Handle emails, calls, and service requests.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate degree in a business or IT related area, IT Support experiences a plus.
