The Member Engagement Advisor plays a key role in welcoming prospective members, conducting facility tours, converting leads, and maintaining strong relationships with current members. This position requires a proactive, personable individual with sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage member interactions through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
