Your Impact

• Keep production moving through preventive maintenance and rapid corrective actions.
• Diagnose and fix issues across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect equipment routinely to ensure safety and optimal performance.
• Log all work performed and parts used with clear, accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance procedures and improve uptime.
• Uphold strict safety standards and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Handle additional tasks as directed by supervision.

What It Takes

• Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting (detailed in your application), or graduation from a related training program. Experience can be combined across employers to reach 3 years minimum.
• Policy: This facility does not accept rehires.
• Eligibility: 18 years or older; valid identification required.
• Know-how: Comfortable with basic hand tools and fundamentals across welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Reading skills: Able to read and follow assignments.
• Physical ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; climb 120 feet of stairs and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for long periods; work in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
