What You’ll Do

• Lead classrooms in preschool and early learning environments
  
• Follow provided lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere
  
• Adapt quickly to different centers’ routines and curricula
  
• Provide timely feedback to HelloSubs and partner centers for continuous improvement
  

Who You Are

• An aspiring or experienced early childhood educator ready to gain or share hands-on expertise
  
• Passionate about nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive growth in ages 2–5
  
• Dependable, adaptable, and confident managing small groups in dynamic settings
  
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable local transportation

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience working with children ages 2–5 (less experience considered for candidates with relevant training)
  
• High school diploma or higher; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s preferred
  
• Willingness to complete state background and health screenings
  
• U.S. work authorization with reliable transportation
