Job Description:

Link Staffing is currently hiring experienced Cherry Picker Operators for an overnight shift at a well-known distribution facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential for dependable and hardworking individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry picker forklift to retrieve inventory from elevated racks.

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.

• Use RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating a cherry picker or similar lift equipment (certification a plus).

• Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work the full overnight shift consistently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals.

• Must attend an interview and submit a resume for consideration.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance are essential.
