Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel contract in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting, requiring a TX or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Work in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab within a hospital setting
• Patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiac procedures
• Involves conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring
• Day shift: 06:30–15:00
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be AHA-issued)
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
• Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing, preparing, and positioning patients for cardiac procedures
• RN communicates patient condition to the physician before, during, and after procedures
• RN sets up and manages equipment and supplies throughout procedures
