Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
- Guide customers through our in-house financing process.
- Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
- Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required .
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, coachable, and motivated to earn.
