Requirements
As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. With a passion for helping others, you'll contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere in the store while building lasting relationships with customers. Your dedication to providing personalized, knowledgeable assistance ensures that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers
- Execute closing and opening duties as assigned
- Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times
- Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
Essential Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months previous retail experience preferred
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. PT 12 -29 hours weekly
Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities):
- Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and drive sales
- Has collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Physical Demands:
- Constantly standing and walking
- Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping
- Frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools
