Project Manager Electric Distribution Systems

We specialize in planning and upgrading electric distribution systems leveraging decades of experience with power producers utilities commercial and industrial facilities and municipalities. As a Project Manager you will lead a variety of size and scale projects ensuring they exceed performance indicators such as schedule budget profitability client satisfaction and quality control. Youll mentor and supervise a team ranging from senior technical lead to entry level designers fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Facilitating both in-person and virtual client meetings to serve as a feedback mechanism for the company will be a crucial component of your duties. Additionally youll implement a system to accurately forecast fee revenue on a monthly basis ensuring our engineering practices are at the forefront of standards regulatory requirements and technical innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling cost control procurement and estimating)
• 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10 Team Members
• Clear and timely communication internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards regulatory requirements and technical innovations.
• Project Management or other experience related to Electrical Distribution
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Licensed Professional Engineer

• MBA or advanced degree
