Senior Architect

salary: $86.33 - 110.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Act as the Team Leader for building design projects, securing and managing all necessary resources to successfully deliver high-quality results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving meetings and presentations while actively developing internal and external client networks.
- Guide team members forward and participate directly in Our Client's management team to shape strategic planning and business direction.
- Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, control scope and costs to the baseline, and implement robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to guarantee that project delivery expectations and all obligations between the customer and Our Client are fully met.
