Wholesale Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Wholesale Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing our brand awareness and engaging our wholesale clients through the facilitation of marketing campaigns for Eleven Mortgage.

Ideal candidates for this position have knowledge of social media marketing, the ability to manage marketing campaigns and deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Functions of the Role:

• Implement marketing plans in coordination with the sales team, corporate Marketing, and Compliance departments.
• Manage marketing campaigns in the CRM.
• Create print marketing pieces and social media posts that are visually appealing and capture attention.
• Track the success of marketing strategies to inform future initiatives.
• Help plan and promote events through digital and traditional marketing best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Classification: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of social media marketing
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Knowledge of Canva
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, etc. for marketing efficiency and generative AI
• Added Bonus: Knowledge of WordPress and/or HTML, CSS, and JS. WordPress uses PHP as its backend.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience required.
• Mortgage or financial services experience required.

Wholesale Marketing Coordinator

Education / Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment.
• Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
• Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
• Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
• Requires sitting, bending.
• Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
• Lifting requirements of 10 lbs. occasionally.
• Minimal travel <5%.
