We promote our clients in retail environments via face-to-face. SalesRepresentatives will work closely with other team members to help execute brand awareness strategies to promote clean energy programs throughout McAllen.

Bilingual Retail Sales Specialist Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with high-school diploma/GED
• Entry-level position, no experience necessary
• Customer service experience recommended
• Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Passion for marketing, team player and competitive environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Bilingual Retail Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• In-store marketing/sales campaigns
• Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face
• Customer service skills
• Building relationships with potential customers
• Maintain relationship with retail store managers
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• McAllen, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
