Job description

Lawn Doctor is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused lawn care. As a Lawn Care-Tick & Mosquito Technician, you’ll serve as a front-line ambassador of our brand, working hands-on in the field to create healthier, greener lawns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply environmentally responsible lawn care treatments
• Perform core aeration, overseeding, and other lawn services
• Operate lawn care machinery and equipment
• Perform basic shop/warehouse tasks
• Identify and recommend additional services to customers and prospects
• Represent Lawn Doctor professionally and courteously at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of weather conditions
• Comfortable operating machinery and meeting production goals
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Preferred but Not Required:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
