Fabrication Team Member
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To modify and fabricate components using machining tools to deliver manufacturing production demands
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Maintain standard 5S expectations
- Fabricate and modify parts based on print specifications, drawings, or verbal instruction
- Work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to support production and customer delivery goals
- Assist with creating custom parts as needed
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations and company and departmental goals and objectives
- Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
- Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Read and comprehend prints and drawings
- Machine to close tolerances as specified by drawings, prints, or verbal instructions
- Use precision measuring devices which includes micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- No experience required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)
PREFERRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical School Training Certification
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
