ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON

Signet Health, a national behavioral Health and acute rehab management company, is currently recruiting for an administrative professional for our corporate office located in North Richland Hills. TX. We are looking for someone who is efficient, proactive, tech-savvy, a problem solver and possesses previous experience in an administrative role. A hybrid schedule consisting of both on-site and remote work is allowed. This position reports to the President, CEO for Signet Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office to include a strong skill set in Excel and PowerPoint required.
    • Create professional-looking presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Assist with creating/editing professional business development proposals.
    • Organize and manage clinical documentation compliance audit reviews.
    • Coordinate and manage data reporting for several departments.
  • Experienced with specialty software such as Adobe, Maptitude, and App Administration experience with Quickbase platform highly desired.
  • Assists and ensures that activities within the department are coordinated and run smoothly.
  • Knowledge of management protocols and coordination of services provided by the Administrative Office.
  • Possess exceptional writing and grammar skills, attention to detail, and able to prioritize in meeting deadlines.
  • Experience at scheduling meetings for multiple parties.
  • Project Management Skills highly desired.

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work well in both a team environment and independently and have good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a professional office environment.
