Project Overview:

Bechtel Equipment Operations, Inc. (BEO), a wholly owned Bechtel affiliate company, functions as the construction equipment asset manager of Bechtel Group and is actively engaged in projects across all of Bechtel's business lines. In support of its involvement, BEO uses sophisticated estimating and scheduling systems to assist projects in developing bid proposals, equipment lease versus purchase analysis, tool and consumable utilization forecasts, scaffold estimating and supply, and overall construction fleet utilization plans. Headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, BEO also manages several permanent global equipment storage and support facilities.

Job Summary:

Working in a collaborative team-based environment under the direction of the Support Services Manager. Provide Support to the Support Services Manager and team including one or more of a wide variety of support services activities within BEO through research, analysis, and coordination.  Uses office automation tools for analysis, trends and dashboards. Must exhibit self-motivation, analytical skills, and strong reporting capabilities.

Major Responsibilities:

• Research, interpret, analyze, and summarize complex data from multiple databases and create standard ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  Provide analytic support to address a wide range of topics, requiring research and interpretation Design.
  Produce and present data in various formats (oral and written) to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Perform analysis of data and systems to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
• Extracts data from reference material, either semi technical or non technical in scope.
• Compiles, analyzes, and prepares or helps prepare information for studies or reports, such as organization planning, charts, graphs, and forecasts.
• Organizes material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions. 
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at various levels.
• May operate a variety of audiovisual equipment in the presentation of programs, orientation, and conferences.
• Reviews deliverables of assigned staff and monitors quality to ensure that all documents conform to established standards and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint , and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with dashboard definition, creation and deployment using PowerBI or similar.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to identify, collect, and maintain data.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to problem solve, applying best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities
