Your New Role

• Perform seasonal multi-point HVAC maintenance inspections on residential air conditioners, gas furnaces, and heat pumps in Plano, Texas and surrounding North Dallas communities

• Complete preventative maintenance including coil cleaning, condensate drain clearing, and air filter replacement

• Check refrigerant levels, test electrical components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors, and inspect for gas leaks or carbon monoxide concerns

• Calibrate thermostats and verify airflow to improve system performance and energy efficiency

• Communicate system condition clearly to homeowners and provide honest repair or upgrade recommendations

• Offer and explain residential HVAC maintenance agreements

• Document service calls using digital field service software such as ServiceTitan or Jobber, including photos and detailed notes

• Typically run 4 to 6 residential service calls per day

• Registered ACR Technician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification

• At least 1 year of residential HVAC experience preferred

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting

• Ability to work in attic spaces, high temperatures, and confined areas as needed

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
