Forklift Operator: Advanced Technology (Full-Time)

We are currently hiring dependable and safety-conscious candidates for a Full-Time Forklift Operator – Advanced Technology role. This position focuses on operating modern material-handling equipment within technology-driven warehouse or industrial environments and offers structured training, certification, and career advancement.
Training Program & Schedule
- Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
- Paid, structured training provided
- Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
- Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
- Training begins at the end of April 2026
- Interviews will be conducted remotely
Role Summary
- Operate advanced forklift systems and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials according to operational needs
- Conduct equipment checks and report issues or maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
- Valid United States driver’s license
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Willingness to complete a background screening
- Willingness to complete a drug test
- Availability to attend and complete all required training sessions
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
