Premium Tax Specialist
Kforce has a premier client who is searching for an experienced and talented Premium Tax Specialist in San Antonio, TX. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits during the contract engagement. Duties:
- Premium Tax Specialist will assist with monthly premium tax filings, including assessments and surcharges
- Support compliance with state and local premium tax filing obligations
- As a Premium Tax Specialist, you will pull and analyze ledger detail from the ERP system to support filings
- Perform Excel-based reconciliations and reporting
- 2-4 years of experience in tax, accounting, or financial reporting
- Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage highly repetitive, deadline-driven work
- Ability to pull and interpret general ledger detail
