Industrial Security Rep/Alternate CSSO
Description: Lockheed Martins Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an Industrial Security professional / Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform program security duties supporting multiple special access programs.
What You Will Be Doing
The selected candidate will provide multi- disciplined Security support and perform alternate CSSO duties for a large conglomerate of complex, growing special access programs. The Security Rep will have primary responsibility for personnel security and additional responsibilities in document and media control, physical security, subcontractor oversight, accountability, security education, inspection readiness, COMSEC, OpSec requirements and development of program security required documentation. The selected candidate will develop creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with our customers expectations and applicable security policies and directives. This role will interface with all levels of associated program personnel at Lockheed Martin as well as customer and subcontractor sites.Why Join Us

This position is in Dallas.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
Basic Qualifications:This position requires applicants to have a
final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five
years.
This position requires applicants to have the ability to obtain a final Top Secret security clearance
Knowledge and experience implementing the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705. Candidate must be a self-driven and results- oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
The ability to articulate and present
intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
Strong written and verbal communications,
interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:
Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and
Special Access Programs (SAP) security
compliance.
Experience with classified information management systems, classified accountability requirements, personnel security clearance validation and classified visit support.
Familiarity with developing and submitting
Program Access Requests (PAR's).
Previous experience in Program and/or Physical Security, Security Education, Classified Shipping, Visitor Processing, Clearance Validation, Document Control Accountability.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to
work with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently when required
and be a team player.
Candidate must be able to push/pull up to 35lbs and occasional lifting up to 15lbs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
