Development Coordinator - CFHP
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Development Coordinator will support daily operations by leading employee engagement, incentive, rewards, volunteer, and recognition programs across the health plan through the direction of the Corporate Communications Director. Acts as primary organizer for workforce engagement functions as related to Community First. Assists employees and managers in the development and enhancement of activities designed to engage staff throughout Community First. Serves as a liaison with University Health (UH) Corporate Communications and other UH service departments to disseminate pertinent information and initiatives to Community First staff.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Two 2 years of non-profit experience preferred, particularly in special events, employee engagement, or project management. Experience working in healthcare, hospital, or academic medical center a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external customers of Community First Health Plans.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; handle multiple projects and effectively manage and set priorities. Strong analytical and planning skills. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite or similar products.
