Your New Role

You’ll be the lead technician serving residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the DFW Metroplex , including Haltom City, Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, Irving, Plano, and surrounding areas . That means showing up ready to diagnose, fix, and deliver excellent service—every single time.

• Service and repair HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients

• Diagnose issues using advanced tools and techniques

• Perform regular maintenance and system inspections

• Educate customers on repair options and system upgrades

• Maintain detailed records of services and materials used

• Lead by example and support junior techs in the field

• Licensing : TDLR HVAC Technician License

• Certifications : EPA Certified

• Experience : Minimum of 1–2 years in HVAC service

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent

• Skills :

  • Solid understanding of residential/light commercial HVAC systems

  • Comfortable working independently in field settings

  • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving ability

  • Must be reliable and customer-service oriented
