Community Relations Coordinator

San Antonio Counseling and Behavioral Center is looking for a Community Relations Coordinator to establish and nurture partnerships with referral entities, drive new patient referrals, and sustain strong relationships with our existing referral partners

Position Summary:
As our Community Relations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing business-to-business (B2B) relationships with community referral sources. Your goal will be to increase patient referrals to our center by building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships. You will be the face of our organization in the community, representing our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community referral sources, including healthcare providers, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage potential referral partners through networking, outreach, and events.
- Create and implement strategic plans to increase patient referrals to our center.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support community outreach efforts.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other relevant activities to promote our services.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, referral trends, and partnership development.
- Represent our company with professionalism, kindness, and authenticity in all interactions.
- Coordinates with social media company and approves monthly content
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience in community relations, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to our core value
Preferred :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
- History working in sales related in the medical or mental health field

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
