High-risk Level III NICU unit. RN will provide specialized care for critically ill neonates including ventilator management, nitric oxide, bubble CPAP, HFNC, UAC/UVC lines, emergency medications, developmental care, central line care, and neonatal assessments. Cerner charting required. Orientation: 16 hours non-billable.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years NICU + Travel experience

• Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE (PALS preferred)

• Skills: IV therapy, arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), neonatal dosage calculations, surfactants, APGAR scoring, phototherapy, chest tube management, high-frequency ventilation

• Patient Experience: Neonates <24–28 weeks, 29–34 weeks, >34 weeks

• Charting: Cerner required

• Others: Local candidates not accepted (50-mile rule). RTO required with submission.
