Product Manager, Financials

Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Financials team. In this role, you’ll work alongside other PMs, Designers and Engineers to support ERP Connectors and develop capabilities to build a more robust platform. Connecting our Financials product to our customers' accounting systems is critical to our product strategy as we scale.

This position reports into Sr Director, Product Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Engage in heavy customer discovery to understand industry problems.
• Prioritize backlog and create roadmap under the direction of your team lead.
• Collaborate with broader Financials PM team to ensure most important work is being resourced.
• Sharpen others' thinking by scrutinizing product thinking on the team; be open to feedback, suggestions and challenges from others.
• Work with designers to develop delightful solutions to prioritized problems.
• Groom work with engineering, supporting through the development lifecycle to bring world class experiences to market.
• Manage go-to-market activities surrounding the launching of new features.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
• Customer discovery or requirements gathering
• Tenacious, hungry, willing to learn and be coached

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $140,960 - $193,820. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
