ServiceNow Cyber Security Specialist Junior

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Junior ServiceNow Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing research strategies to understand the needs of the DLA Enterprise through focus groups and various data collection techniques. This role involves representing the needs of the DLA Enterprise, functional customers, and other government stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, from discovery to design validation and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement research strategies to gather insights on the needs of the DLA Enterprise.
• Facilitate focus groups and utilize data collection techniques to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and define roles and experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are represented throughout the design lifecycle.
• Develop UI/UX standards for the DLA Enterprise to enhance user experience.
• Create design prototypes in coordination with architects and application developers.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in designing user experiences and interfaces
• 3+ years of experience in designing ServiceNow UI/UX
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD)

Required:

• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
