$21 – $25/hr (DOE)| Full-Time - Temp to Hire

? What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, email, and video

- Open new accounts and support account maintenance

- Process transactions and assist with loan applications

- Identify opportunities to recommend financial products/services

- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Meet or exceed sales and service goals

? What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales + customer service (goal-driven environment)

- Background in banking, credit union, lending, or financial services

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Comfortable with digital tools, chat platforms, and multitasking

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
