Your New Role

We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Installer to join the team in Dallas, TX . This role focuses on installing complete commercial HVAC systems from start to finish. You’ll work on ductwork, equipment setups, refrigerant piping, condensate piping, wiring, and control systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a dependable crew, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install full HVAC systems in commercial buildings

• Assemble and connect ductwork, curbs, refrigerant piping, condensate piping, wiring, and control systems

• Run copper lines, wiring, and control systems for HVAC installations

• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders accurately

• Repair or replace system parts when needed

• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Work alongside other technicians to complete projects on schedule

• 6 to 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation and service

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid Apprentice or Journeyman license required

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Comfortable working on active construction sites and in commercial environments

• Participation in culture and personality assessments may be part of the hiring process
