Sr Workday Analyst

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr Workday Analyst:
Lead HCM integration development projects, ensuring accurate data exchange with internal partners and vendors. Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and vendors to understand their needs and provide insightful recommendations. Design, develop, and automate data flows to enhance productivity and support organizational goals. Gather requirements for integrations and applications, and oversee design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting. Demonstrate high proficiency in system knowledge, process analysis, and communication with leadership.
Required Skills for Sr Workday Analyst:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration, including Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its security and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Workday Certification is highly desired.
