Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Manager of Case Management for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

• You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the case management department.
• You will be responsible for recommending sufficient number of qualified and competent personnel to provide care, financial and clinical management, and the provision and development of professional leadership.
• You will established departmental goals and objectives that ensure high quality, cost-effective patient care, while working collaboratively to integrate the goals of the department and facility.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hospital case management experience is required.
• Case Management certification is preferred.
